Our vision is to ensure that well-being is embedded in everything we do and championed at all levels and across all functions, so that positive well-being becomes part of our culture. This encompasses the physical, mental, social and financial well-being of our people and recognises that our choice of well-being initiatives, standards, individual engagement and behaviours and leadership and management approach all impact our people’s overall well-being at work.

 

We also recognise that well-being does not start and end in the workplace and so we want to empower our workforce to make informed choices and engage in positive wellbeing behaviours so that they are able to thrive at Adolphus care and beyond.
